Ten signs that you considered gluten

It is estimated that about 40 percent of the world's population is intolerant to gluten. If you have any of these symptoms, you are probably part of that group.

Digestive disorders such as gas, bloating, diarrhea and even constipation (most pronounced in children after ingestion of gluten)

 The best way to determine if you have problems with gluten is provided completely take out of your diet to about 3 to 4 weeks and then back again. Note that gluten long lingers in the body and that sometimes can take even months to completely get out of your system. That's because the longer you wait, the better results you will get.
